On June 15, 2018, a delegation from Central Chest Institute of Thailand, led by Mrs. Kanogporn Jamsomboon – Deputy Director of Nursing, visited and worked at Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Dr. Lai Duc Tri – Vice Director of the Hospital, Heads of functional departments, head nurses, and chief technicians of clinical and subclinical departments of the hospital.
At the working session, Dr Lai Duc Tri – Vice Director of the Hospital emphasized that Thailand is a country with a developed healthcare system, high-quality and cost-effective medical services, which have been attracting people from many countries for medical examination and treatment. Therefore, this working session provided an excellent opportunity for both hospitals to exchange experiences in patient care and treatment. Furthermore, he aslo hopeed that Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital and the Central Chest Institute of Thailand would have more opportunities for cooperation, fostering the development of a deep and extensive friendly relationship between the two hospitals.

During the working session, the delegation of the Central Chest Institute of Thailand visited the Respiratory Department, the Department of Premium Medical Services, and the Intensive Care and Poisioning Control Department at Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital.
This visit of the Central Chest Institute of Thailand is an opportunity to promote exchanges, collaboration, and enhance the quality of human resources for Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital, contributing to strengthening the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Thailand.
